“Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, But such as keep the law contend with them” (Proverbs 28:4 NKJV). Only lawbreakers praise lawbreakers. Only the wicked defend the wicked. Those who live lawfully must stand up against them. “He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, Both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD” (Proverbs 17:15 NKJV). It is an injustice department that releases the guilty and punishes the obedient. “He who is often rebuked, and hardens his neck, Will suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy” (Proverbs 29:1 NKJV). The dangerous wicked people are those who become stiff-necked and impenitent, and not cut to the heart and regretful for their sins. “This is the way of an adulterous woman: She eats and wipes her mouth, And says, ‘I have done no wickedness’” (Proverbs 30:20 NKJV). That’s really cold!
