2-29-2016 Danger Of Blind Guides

Jesus Christ came to convince opponents, not kill them. “And Jesus said, ‘For judgment I have come into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind.’ Then some of the Pharisees who were with Him heard these words, and said to Him, ‘Are we blind also?’ Jesus said to them, ‘If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now you say, “We see.” Therefore your sin remains’” (John 9:39-41 NKJV). Pharisees thought they were right, even though they contradicted God’s Word. Jesus called them “blind guides” (Matthew 23:16 NKJV). Today, those who claim salvation but contradict God’s Word, are “blind.” Jesus said, “preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved” (Mark 16:15-16 NKJV). He did not promise salvation before baptism!
