“So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch” (Acts 11:25-26 NKJV).
What “kind” of Christians were they? Jesus Christ said to “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen” (Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV). “Disciples” have been baptized with God’s authority and follow only the authority of Jesus Christ, not man’s. Who has “authorized” your “salvation:” God or man? “Disciples” of Jesus Christ are “Christians” with “one baptism” and “one faith” (Ephesians 4:4-6). Are you a “Christian?”
