Why do people listen to what God says at first, but not last? Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar dreamed a statue which God’s Prophet, Daniel, interpreted. Nebuchadnezzar was its head, history shows us Persians were next, then Greece, then Rome, which had many “kings.” “And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever” (Daniel 2:44 NKJV). Jesus came in Roman days, and is now “King of kings” (Revelation 17:14), Who “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love” (Colossians 1:13 NKJV). There is no kingdom yet to come!
