“What’s the last compliment that someone paid you?” wants to know the Daily Nudge. Jesus praised people. So did Paul. Twain said he could live for two months on a good compliment. A sincere one gives a great boost for morale. We shouldn’t live for other people’s praise, but we should be liberal in ours. So tell us a compliment you were given that charged your batteries.
Don’t be embarrassed to tell it. We’ll rejoice with you and even use it to recognize God’s gift in you.
