Faith needed – JAM

The latest figures from a 2008 Pew Survey of 35,000 people show that 20-something young adults today are less church-connected than previous generations were. They are less likely to believe in God, less likely to pray or read the Bible. Consequently church attendance is generally in decline. Researchers also believe it is unlikely that Millennials will adopt a faith affiliation as they grow older. Director of the research, Alan Cooperman says, “Where people start out is where they end up.” However, this does not account for conversion.
