Tom Rainer, head of the Christian Research firm, says that if the trend continues “the Millennial generation will see churches closing as quickly as GM dealerships. While 72% claim they are spiritual, they are mostly indifferent to Christian faith and teaching. Half are unsure whether Jesus is the only way to heaven. These findings document a continuing drift away from church life and dovetail with another finding that 7 in 10 who attended regularly while teenagers have quit by the age 23. It is high-time to awake out of this sleepy stupor and renew faith in the Lord. This is Just-A-Minute with Ed Boggess inviting you to the Winchester Church of Christ.
