For the first time ever our church celebrated…

For the first time ever, our church celebrated the 100th birthdays of three different members. More and more Americans are reaching 100 and the number of folks living over 90 has tripled in the last 30 years. Now genetic researchers are telling us that they are getting closer to developing new drugs to help people age well. Of course they tell us nothing is more important than exercise and good nutrition. All this is fine and well, especially since I am nearing this stage in life. I will exercise and try to eat well and if they come up with a “living well” pill, I may try that too. But my ultimate goal is not to live longer, my goal is to live forever and there is only one way to reach that goal! I choose faith! I believe! It has blessed my life here. I live better and healthier because I believe. But the best is yet to come. This is Just-a-Minute with Ed Boggess
