I’m talking to two groups, one in the Northeast, a congregation and preacher training school ministry; the other a congregation with elders here in the state of São Paulo, about helping out with the Brazilian magazine we publish here, to get it restarted. My idea is to divide up the printing and distribution into two areas of the country, so the mag will arrive in a more timely fashion.
Shortly, the family and I will travel to the city here in São Paulo, about 1.5 to 2 hours away, to talk to the elders of the second congregation. They’re interested, so we’ll see to what degree they’d like to be involved. I ask your prayers that the best will turn out for this effort.
We have no printed periodical literature for the Brazilian church other than this magazine. There was a woman’s quarterly, but I’ve not seen it in a long time, so I don’t know if it continues or not.
We’ll be later getting home tonight, so this may be my only post for today. Have a wonderful First Day.
