Speakers not arrogant

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. (1 Peter 4:10-11 ESV)

Most holy and righteous God, our dear Heavenly Father ~ thank you, Lord, for waking us up to a new Lord’s Day! Bless all faithful Christians who assemble today in worship that honors our Lord Jesus Christ. Humble everyone who presents the gospel message today so that the speakers will not be arrogant but the hearers will be edified. Help everyone who hears the truth to be encouraged in the faith, because Christ is living within us. Help us to not take for granted that by your grace, we are able to communicate with one another. Send more evangelistic workers into the harvest fields of this world while time remains. We pray in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
