    What if people of the world were like you? 

    Reading an old journal entry, I noted where someone graciously commented to my wife and me that, if people were like us and our children, the world would be a much better place. The person was kind. I recalled then oneĀ takeaway or lesson, and have since thought of two more. (More …)

    Bangladesh is predominately Hindu. Hindus believe in reincarnation. That is why they won’t eat beef. They wouldn’t want to eat a close relative. So here’s the latest: the government is cracking down on the rustling of “sacred” cattle. Cattle rustlers are smuggling herds of cattle across the border for sale. So the government has provided ID cards complete with photos for each cow, sort of a bovine passport. Herds are stopped at the border and one by one border guards inspect their ID cards. Here is one area that the truth would help. It is appointed unto man once to die, not over and over again. This is Just A Minute.
