Moses Montefiore, the British philanthropist, had this motto in his home: THINK AND THANK. It reflects the fact that the world "thankfulness" comes from an old Anglo-Saxon term that meant "thinkfulness."
If we pause to think about the abundance that God has showered on us, we will discover many reasons to express our gratitude and thanksgiving to Him. Unfortunately, it’s all too easy to take God’s goodness for granted.
Wow! We arose from last night’s slumber and many consumed a healthy meal. We are on our way, to places of employment or pursuits of the day. Comfortable and blest above all the rest are the people called by God. Now stop – "Think and Thank" our Glorious God.
